Inspired by Japan’s rural charm, breathtaking scenery and fresh produce, it’s only natural that a culinary enthusiast like Erwan Heussaff would cook up a delicious yet healthy dish during his time on Japan Authentic. While staying on Noto Island where seafood are at its freshest, Erwan came up with two dishes; one- Sake Clams topped with crunchy garlic, and two- Grilled Conch Bourguignon. 

Seafood lover or not, this is definitely something that would tickle your tastebuds and give you a burst of flavour that’ll remind you of Japan at its finest!
