He sets out to the land of the rising sun, to rendezvous with his dear local friend Yuki Aoi a famed sake analyst and food connoisseur. From there, the duo travels along prefectures including Ibaraki, Fukushima and Tochigi for a better understanding of localized fresh harvests and catches. Thereafter Andre translates his experiences into recipe, where he cooks for a Michelin-star dining guest-list of critics and culinary aficionados at a restaurant. The response turns out to be positively overwhelming, of sheer success.
